- Delivery times. Subject to availability of stock. Orders will be delivered according to the delivery option chosen by the Customer when placing the order. Express delivery orders must be received before 1pm for next day delivery, except Saturday when orders must be received before 1030 for delivery the following Monday. There will be no deliveries made on a Sunday or during bank holidays.
- Availability of Stock. The Customer will be advised immediately if there is no stock of the item required. If items are not in stock the order will not be processed. For stock availability, the Customer is advised to send an enquiry via the website to Prana skincare.

- Damage and Shortage Policy: Must be reported within 10 days of receiving shipment. Please contact Prana skincare to ensure proper credit.
- Return Goods Policy: Due to the nature of the product, Prana skincare will only except returns for products that are damaged on arrival or the customer has received the wrong goods. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt to receive full credit, refund or exchange. We cannot except returns for products that have been used. Returns must be prepaid, however, in the event that it is the fault of Prana skincare a credit will be raised for the delivery charge.
