Payment Method: Credit or Debit card (we do not accept American Express)

All orders must be paid in full.

Subject to availability of stock. Orders will be delivered according to the delivery option chosen by the Customer when placing the order.

DECEMBER CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Orders placed and required for Christmas must be placed by 18th December.

Damage and Shortage Policy: Must be reported within 10 days of receiving shipment. Please contact Prana skincare to ensure proper credit.

Return Goods Policy: Due to the nature of the product, Prana skincare will only except returns for products that are damaged on arrival or the customer has received the wrong goods. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt to receive full credit, refund or exchange.  We cannot except returns for products that have been used.  Returns must be prepaid, however, in the event that it is the fault of Prana skincare a credit will be raised for the delivery charge.
